Scooped from the Sea

I created this illustration for Illustration Friday.com - word of the week "Scoop". I pictured a cat chasing a rat on a boat dock... falling into the water and being scooped out of the sea by a friendly octopus! A little out there but I enjoy drawing people and animals in situations you don't typically see. The animals were drawn by hand with colored pencils and I created the background and water digitally. Hoping it gives everyone a good chuckle. It was a lot of fun creating this illustration.
