who needs a dog when you have a pet armadillo - FINISHED!

So... this was a work in progress from an older post, but I've completed the illustration and wanted to share it.  I've been playing more with digital backgrounds.  The illustration is done in colored pencils, except for the sky.  As always, more illustrations on their way, using these characters!  On the fence with names for the two of them, so I welcome any suggestions.  :)  Again, I really enjoyed creating them, and I love imagining the other excursions they might take together!
